Français Langue Maternelle

Petits Francophones (7-9 yo)

French classes for French-speaking children schooled in another language in Kuala Lumpur
This class is specifically designed for fluent children (7-9 yo only) that already know how to read and write in English. 
The aim is to give them enough tools to learn the written French as well as progress in their specific use of vocabulary and grammar.


A1.1 - Starter

Extensive | Starter Prim 5

Regular classes - Children

In this class, your child will enhance their French language abilities by learning how to express sensations such as being hot or cold, and how to say where they feel pain. They will also practice describing people and things, as well as giving and understanding instructions. The vocabulary will cover body parts, geometric shapes, sensations, and actions.

A1 Basic

Extensive | Basic Prim 2

Regular classes - Children

In this class, your child will continue the A1 level in their French learning journey. They will learn to talk about their daily activities, ask and say how they get to school, discuss classroom activities, and talk about their schedule. The vocabulary will include times of the day, transportation, daily and classroom activities, school furniture and subjects, and numbers from 21 to 69.

A2 Intermediate

Extensive | Intermediate Prim 1

Regular classes - Children

In this class, your child will begin the A2 level in their French learning journey and therefore use complex structure and in depth grammar. They will learn to discuss family ties, describe people and animals in detail, and state weight and height. The vocabulary will include family relationships, physical and moral descriptions, domestic and wild animals, weights and sizes, and numbers from 100 to 1000.

Extensive | Intermediate Prim 3

Regular classes - Children

In this class, your child will continue their journey through the A2 level of French learning, using more complex structures and delving into deeper grammar. They will learn to describe clothing, give explanations and instructions, and talk about their habits. The vocabulary will include patterns, shades, and dimensions, gardening, daily activities, and materials.
