Flan Pâtissier

An Entier take on a classic French pastry, our Flan Pâtissier, also known as Parisian Flan, is a favourite amongst the French and is frequently enjoyed as au goûter or as an afternoon snack. Easily found in almost every bakery across France, this humble little treat of shortcrust pastry and custard is most commonly served in a slice. 

Our rendition pays homage to the traditional flavours of nostalgia, using house-made puff pastry as the base, and in true Entier fashion, utilising Malaysian vanilla bean in the custard as a celebration of our rich local produce. This delicious reimagined childhood favourite is delicately prepared in two individual portions to indulge alone or to share with a special someone.
